Nigel was educated at Hitchin Boys Grammar School. He joined Watts Knowles in 1967, serving 5 years' articles with them. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973 and became a partner of the firm on 1st January 1977. He is a General Practitioner dealing with all aspects of auditing annual and periodic management accounts, taxation, personal financial and tax planning, business start-ups etc.

Stuart was educated at Hitchin Boys Grammar School; he qualified in 1972 having served his articles with Keens Shay Keens and joined the firm in 1975. He became a partner in 1978. His main focuses are on business coaching, tax planning, personal financial planning, investment management and retirement planning. He is the son of Keith Guyton, a former partner in Watts Knowles.

Born in Royston and educated at Hitchin Boys Grammar School, David joined Watts Knowles as an articled clerk at the age of 16. He qualified in May 1977 and became a Partner in January 1981. David is a General Practitioner who focuses on manufacturing and leisure industry clients.

Peter was educated at Alleynes Boys School. He subsequently graduated from Nottingham University. Peter trained at Moores Rowland in an audit environment, joining Watts Knowles as an audit manager in 1992. He became a partner on 1st January 1996 and focuses on providing a full range of services to corporate clients.

John Sheehan was educated at Bedford Modern School and trained with Grant Thornton in Bedford. After qualifying in 1981 he concentrated on providing services to farming companies and on corporate tax. In 1987 he joined Wickham, Hunt & Co and became a partner on 1 January 1990. As well as dealing with a wide range of owner-managed businesses, he specialises in the audit of UK companies under foreign ownership and is the firm's Audit Compliance Partner.

Chris was educated at Hitchin Boys School. He subsequently graduated from Warwick University in Accounting and Finance. Chris joined Wickham, Hunt & Co from university and qualified in 1993. He became a Partner of Wickham, Hunt & Co in 1998. He is a General Practitioner dealing with all aspects of auditing, annual and periodic management accounts, taxation, personal financial and tax planning and business start-ups etc.

Tim was educated at Alleynes Boys School and subsequently graduated from Seale Hayne Agricultural College, Newton Abbot, Devon. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991 whilst working in the agricultural department of Grant Thornton in Bedford. Tim spent one year in their Bury St Edmunds office before working as a management accountant for a farming business. Tim joined Watts Knowles in August 1997 and is our expert on agricultural matters. He became a Partner on 1 January 2000.

Paul joined us in 1983 at the tender age of just 19. It was his first job after completing his A levels. In 1995 he added ATII to his qualifications after passing the demanding Institute of Taxation examination. Paul specialises in corporate planning and audit work including his speciality in dealing with Housing Associations. Paul became a partner on 1 January 2001.
